When setting up family share, I am the administrator, suddenly after adding my husband it shows me and my Apple ID on his phone under where it should be his Apple ID how do I get my ID off his phone?

You can try to go in his phone to settings>your name>log out to log out of your Apple ID on your husbands phone. After that, you can log back in to his account on his iPhone
