My iPad Pro 12.9" (2nd generation) will obviously not update to version 18 (I understand that and I understand why.) My question has to do with continuing to use this iPad...
I use the same apple ID to log into both my iphone and this ipad. If it remove the financial apps from the ipad what information would still be on my ipad due to my using the same apple ID on my iphone?

Unless the apps in question provide the ability to sync through iCloud or some other cloud service, then all data will be removed from the iPad when you delete the app. I believe that would also apply to backups of the iPad made to iCloud or your computer, that the data for those apps will be removed or overwritten when the next backup is made, though I'm not completely certain about that.
