Unable to see encrypted drive that shows up connected as a usb device but not DISKUTIL

My External APFS Encrypted hardrive doesn't show up in DiskUTIL but shows as a connected USB device. Seems to be an issue of reading it due to encryption.

It shows up on my windows pc when using MacDrive11. Due to the limitations of MacDrive it cant handle encrypted drives. It was able to provide me with the information of file counts and folder counts.

I have tried all standard troubleshooting that the internet suggests. Drive will not appear. Help!
