Apple TV Up Next list

1. Where can I find a list of all the shows I am following? The Up Next section only appears when new episodes are issued.

On Mac, the Up Next row appears in the Home tab, and (filtered) in the Apple TV+ tab of the TV app.

On other devices it may be named “Continue Watching” on the latest software version.

The list wouldn’t name episodes or shows or movies that you watched completely (or watched as far as currently released). If you kept up and watched what was available, then when a new episode is released, it would be re-added automatically. This is as intended: it is a queue list (which is practical), not a my-content list (which isn’t [as] practical).

2. The automatic "next episode" loops episodes of other shows that I have already watched.

The Apple TV app on the Apple TV box differentiates between episodes of the same show and other content (“recommendations”). It seems there is one checkbox for auto-play next video on Mac, same as the Apple TV app on third party devices. It seems that there is no such app setting at all on mobile at this time.

3. Synching between tv/app and laptop/app works erratically even though I am signed in under the same account.

Each Apple TV app on various devices should have a setting for using the Play History (or Viewing History), whether watched content should be updated through iCloud.

Each device may differ in what content is accessible through the Apple TV app. E.g. on Mac, content from third party apps is excluded, as such apps do (mostly) not exist on Mac. Up Next/Continue Watching is automatically filtering for what is available on the current device through the Apple TV app.
