I restore my phone, erase all data and settings, i had an e-sim and i didn´t delete, so i get this message, i switch to a physic sim yesterday in my phone company, reset all my iphone again and still getting the same message, also y get the message that activation fail, cant use imessage and facetime

Did you buy the phone in a country/region different from the one where you now reside?
I’m in the same country (Guatemala) Monday was working fine with e sim, after the restore I get that message, yesterday switch to a physical sim but same issue
you must have a SIM associated with an apple device for (my number) to be used for imessage and facetime
