1852797029 error in Music after upgrading to 18.1.1 iPhone 14 Pro Max

After upgrading to 18.1.1 I lost all sound & and microphone access on my iPhone. The only way the phone plays sound or the mic works is via Bluetooth (AirPods). Support asked me to do a full reset (which I did). Everything was fine for about two hours. Then while playing Music the sound stoppeD. Now music has an unknown error 1852797029. I’ve tried rebooting and all the support steps. I’ve removed the case and screen protector. I’ve tried Bluetooth on and off. Sound & mic functionality just seems to be gone all together. Why?
