iPad 7th gen won't restore from iTunes or the apple devices windows app

So i recently had to restore my iPad 7th Generation, i tried to restore from iTunes but it said "Software corrupted" or something, after trying to get the software update. I have the iCloud account for the iPad. I also tried using the apple devices app, but it also failed, the iPad froze. I have tried using a mac, but a 2020 macbook air, nor a 2011 iMac, would be able to restore it. The issue is always about getting the software update.

Now, the iPad keeps booting into recovery. Any help is very apreciated.
