Are you confusing Apple Pay with Apple Cash? Apple Pay is an encrypted payment system. It’s used with your merchant transaction terminal and payments are approved or declined by the issuing bank. Commercial transactions involving Apple Cash in a Person To Person (P2P) transfer are prohibited by the Apple Cash Terms & Conditions. The fraud risk is very high and if the bank discovers the transaction your Apple Cash account will be locked and permanently closed. You will not be able to open another account.

This is person to person. You’re doing commercial activities on an account that does not permit it. The forums here are littered with posts from people confused by their Apple Cash account being locked, funds locked and account permanently closed and being black listed from ever having another Apple Cash account. One fellow was just mowing lawns and it happened.

Cash App has business accounts as do PayPal and Venmo. I’m not trying to be a jerk. But warn a fellow community member. How would you feel if the funds in your account were frozen for 2 to 5 years?
