Contrasting clock hands color on Apple Watch faces

How can I make clock hands contrasting color other than the background, same color as the background with only an outline does not work. This is also applicable to many faces, especially when they transition from sleep mode to wake up or vice versa. Also, in the ultra night mode, can the hands be more visible when the watch goes to sleep, the compilations are bright but the hands go dim. This is so frustrating for a person with not so good eye sight and not able to quick reference the time, I have to wake up the watch all the time. If I could only change the color of the hands it would make the watch so much better.
