The Apple Card is a Mastercard credit card (not a debit card). For what to do when anApple Card is lost, see the following from How to request or replace a titanium Apple Card - Apple Support

If your card is lost or stolen, you should lock the card before you request a replacement card.4 Additionally, you can contact an Apple Card specialist

You can also request a replacement card if your titanium card is damaged or expired.

On iPhone

  1. Open the Wallet app.
  2. Tap Apple Card.
  3. Tap the More button, then tap Card Details
  4. Scroll down to Titanium Card and tap "Request Replacement Card," then follow the instructions on your screen.

On iPad

  1. Open the Settings App.
  2. Scroll down and tap Wallet & Apple Pay.
  3. Tap Apple Card.
  4. Under Titanium Card, tap "Request Replacement Card," then follow the instructions on your screen.

If you're a participant under 18 in an Apple Card Family account, ask the account owner or co-owner to request a replacement card for you.

If both your iPhone and titanium card are lost or stolen

  1. Call Goldman Sachs at (877) 255-5923 to request a replacement Apple Card.
  2. Then, learn how to protect your information.
