iPhone screen capture video-security risk question

Hello-I had a person on FB in a private group request a video I took of my dog doing a specific trick. He wanted to include it for his dog training clients. The person had a history of asking questions about dog training so it didn’t seem odd to me. I didn’t have the original video anymore so I took a screen capture video of my FB video and sent it via messenger. Now I’m concerned that there may be metadata in the screen capture video and that this person may not be legitimate. Is there anything I can do to protect my security? Thank you.
