Parental controls on txt messaging issue - phone number are switched during txt to others

Basically my parental controls that were set up on my iPhone 13 and child’s iPhone mini - having issues with txt messaging- when I txt someone child’s phone number shows up on others txt and the same occurs with child’s txt as my phone number- but phone talk conversation are correct with my name on my call and/or child’s name on child’s call - how do I reset our contact
