I just bought an 11pro max and it’s been 2 days the screen goes purple and it glitches out then restarts why is it doing this

How did you buy a new iPhone 11 Pro Max? It was discontinued by Apple in 2020, nearly 5 years ago. It may be new to you, but it most assuredly can't be a new iPhone.
If I were you, I'd return it to whoever you bought it from.
