1. I can't really understand why this phone is for sale when it is not adjusted and does not work stably in many applications.
2. Why in many applications scrolling the images vibrate, there is a problem with the refresh rate that is far from 120 hz.
3. When editing photos in the mode of removing objects from the image, after about 3 minutes of editing, the application closes and throws you away without saving the image.

I have no such issues on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. I guess it was fine to be on sale for me and likely for millions up millions of other users who have purchased one. Please keep in my that you may certainly be having issues, but that in no way means everyone else is.
Have you updated your phone to iOS 18.1.1?

I Force Restart my iPhone after every iOS update and in between at once a week and never have any issues.
I have neither of the three issues you list and the exact same iPhone model. Scrolling is fine except on two websites that don’t really support the higher refresh rate with Safari.
I’ve used Photos enough over the last month to know that the issue you describe with Clean Up that it’s not shutting down after 3 minutes.
Are you updated to iOS 18.1.1? It was released just 5 days ago and contains bug fixes and security updates.
