Turning on iCloud Drive crashes settings app

Hello,

me, and my parents have an iCloud Family subscription and all of us are running the latest IOS 18.1 software, I have succeeded to activate my iCloud Drive on my phone but when my mom or my dad try and activate it on their devices, right after pressing “turn on”, the Settings app crashes and the change is reverted to iCloud Drive being turned off. They have an iPhone 13 Pro and an iPhone 16 Pro.

Is it because Drive is activated on my account or is there a setting I forgot to turn on their devices?
