Special Audio for 1 Pod

I just got the latest update, and they took the ability to have spatial audio for one AirPod. I don’t know if anyone else finds this useful, but I work in a area that I can’t wear both of my AirPods all the time, but I can wear one, and the spatial audio makes it very convenient to be able to hear in my ear without having the background noises. Is there anyway to turn spatial audio on one AirPod? Maybe I’m just missing it… But I have checked all my settings. Help!
