If they are photos taken by the iPod and therefore stored in the DCIM folder on the iPod, then you should be able to connect the iPod to iTunes and use the options provided to copy them to your computer. Offhand, I don't remember the precise steps, but it is how to do it.

If you mean photos that were on your computer and copied to the iPod via the "sync specific folder with iPod", then no, there is no iTunes facility for this.
