IOS Outlook to Apple Mail

Long time Apple Devotee. Used Gmail for years and thought Outlook would be an improvement in IOS. Looking for people who have moved from IOS Outlook to mail. I am in Sales and have multiple email addresses. What do you like? What is your experience with integration. I want to use Notes to keep track of the work i do with clients. In put and advice would be appreciated.
