All my most important emails were delayed misguided rerouted consistently through different Apple accounts were never received Now three years later and I Lost a ton of money because the banks said they have never received my emails Now they show up 3-6years later What can be done? If I can't use my own email to be blocked re routed and conveniently deleted

Sorry but your post is difficult to understand. Maybe try rephrasing and posting again. If your emails were not received 3 years ago I doubt there is anything you can do about that now.
