Yellowstone S5:E11 iTunes Canada not available ?!

I "purchased" Yellowstone Season 5 parts 1&2 from my iTunes in Canada. I was able to watch Part 1 fully, and now that Part 2 is out I was able to watch episodes 9 and 10, in iTunes, the last two weeks. However, episode 11, which aired today, is NOT available in my iTunes -- Why ?

...I received an email from Apple saying a new episode for Yellowstone was available on Monday, the day after the new episode aired. I opened iTunes, but I could not see an "episode 11" was available. The first two episodes of Season 5 Part 2 were labelled 9 and 10, to continue with the numbering scheme of Part 1, which ended in 8. So going back to my email I saw a link to download the new episode, and I did -- it downloaded as episode 31, not as episode 11 ! Why the new incongruent numbering ?! It is possible this was available on Sunday, but since it did not say 11 I may have overlooked it amongst all the other "behind the scenes" episodes, which now have a different number as well. not cool Apple... anyways, I watched the new episode today...
