iPhone 11 disabled. Not connected to a service provider

Hi, I have an iPhone 11 that I kept as a backup in the event that my 14 got lost or broke. The 11 is not activated under any carrier. When I turned it on and got the passcode in, it shows as disabled.

Keep in mind that all I want to do is factory reset this phone as I want to trade it in.

The display says to connect to iTunes, but when I do, it's not recognized. There seems to be no way to connect to anything to wipe this phone clean. I've looked at all the suggestions and followed them, I am at a loss.

iPhone 14, iOS 18
