Iphone 12 pro stopped working with IOS 18.1.1 + faceID origin

I have updated my Iphone 12 pro to 18.1.1. After the update, faceid stopped working. I had to work without for some days and thought that a reboot could resolve the issue. The camera was working correcly. Only faceid was facing issue and I was using the code instead. When restarted the phone, it started to constantly reboot with the apple logo appearing only a few second. After some time, only one time, the phone started with the same faceid issue.

However, yesterday, just before my vacation, i ran out of batterie and my phone was off. I never have been able to start it again. The phone is constantly rebooting with only one second with the apple logo.

I tried to reinitialize the phone with itune but I have error 4013. Not possible to reinstall ios.

I really don't think that it is a hardware issue. The phone has been changed only 1,5 years ago by apple during warranty period. It is quite new..

I was travelling to Turkey and they said that they cannot look at a phone bought in Europe.

I don't know what else I can do...
