do beats solo 4 shut down in cold weather?
I have had the beats solo 3 bluetooth headphones for about a year, and they are useless in winter. They shut off when nearing 32 F, even when fully charged. Ive never had this happen with other bluetooth headphones before (Skull Candy, Sony, and cheaper models). I’m wondering if the Solo4 has the same flaw. When I contacted Apple last year, they said optimal temperature rating was above 32… and suggested i wear a hat AND hood over headphones. 35 F isn't even that cold, and wearing a hat over the headphones is a bit crazy.
These were the most expensive headphones I’ve ever purchased… and am curious if the issue was addressed in the newer model
