What causes audio gaps in Dolby Atmos Playback on Apple TV?

I know that there are similar threads on this but I’d like to confirm this is a known bug and not my system.

I have the Dolby Atmos version downloaded to my phone and can listen to the album on my AirPods with no gaps.

When I play it from my Apple TV through my Dolby Atmos capable system there are 3 noticeable gaps-

Speak to me > Breathe

Money > The Great Gig in the Sky (tiny)

Us and Them > Any Colour You Like.

Is this what everyone else still finds or is there a fix. Thanks for any input.
