How to fix iTunes store issues on Windows 11?

"iTunes Store is temporarily unavailable." For weeks this message appears when I try to download podcasts. Subscribers keep trying "work arounds" that don't really work. We do WE keep having to jump through hoops to get into iTunes store? Is there no genius Apple employee that can fix it? Doesn't Apple want purchases anymore. I think the problem with Windows 11.

Podcasts don't download from the iTunes Store. Instead, they are downloaded directly from the Podcast producer's host (that's the storage location that the producer uses).

You should not require the use of the iTunes Store for Podcasts, apart from the listing for them. If you're having issues with a particular podcast, I advise you to contact the producer as it's in their interest to fix it and they will have access to the parts of Apple that are required in order for it to work.

It is not about a paticular podcast. It is about ALL podcasts. It also happens when you try to make a purchase, up comes the message: "iTunes Store is temporarily unavailable." I am not the first to complain. This issue has come up in other community pages. It never happened to me with Windows 10, but it does with Windows 11. Do you have Windows 11? Are you able to make ANY downloads from the iTunes store?
