Dolby Atmos wrong codec

Hi I just found out that Apple Music on iPhone doesn’t use the right codec (ac-4) for the headphone/airpods mix. So I doesn’t sound like the soundguy intended, it’s less binaural, you can really hear it when you compare mixes with AmazonMusic in HD, even on the AirPods!

Iam so disappointed because I love Apple Music but now I have to switch to others because I love real Dolby Atmos even more.

is there any chance that apple will use the right codec soon? And why is it allowed to call it Dolby? I found it not right because Dolby should sound the same on all devices…
