Apple Music on Mac Mini not syncing properly with Apple Music for Android

Problem: The Music library on my Mac Mini is not syncing properly with Apple Music on my Android phone.

Details: My current library as I'm looking at it on my Mac Mini has 10,479 songs. Only 10,400 of them are showing on my phone. This is also a problem with creating smart playlists. I create a new smart playlist on my mac, and let's say there are 300 songs in that list. When I open Apple Music on my Android device, that playlist might only have 295 songs. Every single playlist I have created on my Mac Mini has more songs than the same playlist on my Android device.

All of the songs in my library are sourced through my Apple Music subscription. I went through my entire library and removed all songs/albums that were either previously purchased through iTunes or uploaded from discs and I replaced them with Apple Music.

Samsung Fold 6 / One UI 6.1.1 / Android 14

Apple Music 4.9.3

I have checked for updates on both devices and both apps and it looks like I'm running the most current version of everything.

Any info as to why this is happening and/or how to fix it would be appreciated.
