Why can't I verify my Apple Music Student account?

I can’t verify my student account in Apple Music. I have tried a few times and now it’s just not letting me try again. At first it told me that my mail is not found in the academy I chose. Then it told me I need a manager approval and then it blocked me completely. Now it’s saying that I used to have a different student account which is true but I want to use another one now because I switched university.
