Music from my Mac won't load to my iPhone15 after update.

I just updated my iPhone 15 to IOS 18.2. Over half of the music previously on my phone is now gone. When I try to sync or manually load to my phone it won't load. Anyone know how to fix this issue? Really getting tired of having issues after every update.
