Can voice memos record 2 tracks on iPhone 14?

I just watched a tutorial on the new Voice Memos app, but it is on a 16. I have the latest iOS 18.2, on my iPhone 14, but I don’t see the selection in the recorded audio to add a second overdub track.

i really hope this isn’t only doable on a 16.
