Siri Won’t announce OUTGOING calls

E.g. When I used to ask Siri to call ‘John Doe’ they would say ‘Calling John Doe’ but now they just ring the number and you get no confirmation that you are actually calling someone (function was used by my father who is registered blind)

P.s. Siri > Announce Calls (Is set to always)
