Issues with Music app and Samsung Q990D soundbar playing Dolby Atmos music

I’m having issues playing Dolby Atmos music using my Samsung Q990D soundbar that I just bought. As soon as I tap on the play button the Dolby Atmos logo disappears and either hi-res lossless or lossless shows up. And sometimes nothing is displayed. No one from either Samsung or Apple support can help me fix it. Apple support told me that my soundbar is not compatible with Dolby Atmos. Samsung support told me that it only works using eARC HDMI connection which contradicts how they advertise or promote their soundbar (“wireless Dolby Atmos”). Just to prove that the soundbar supports Dolby Atmos I installed AppleTv+ app on my Samsung Neo QLED 8K tv that I just bought also. The tv and the soundbar are connected using eARC HDMI. Played a movie in Dolby Atmos and it works. “Dolby Atmos” shows in the display of my soundbar. I upgraded my iPhone 8 to iPhone 15 Pro Max thinking that it was not working because I got an old iPhone. That didn’t help also. I have tried everything that I can think of to make Dolby Atmos to work in music app and never had any luck. I have tried using both WiFi and Bluetooth connection and none of them work. Since I know that my tv and soundbar work I tried connecting my iPhone to my tv using Airplay (believe it or not there’s Airplay built in my Samsung tv) and that didn’t work also. The soundbar does play the audio/music though but showing “Dolby multi channel PCM” and other things. Just to satisfy myself, I installed Tidal and Amazon Music apps on my iPhone and tested them. They both work playing Dolby Atmos music through either Airplay or Chromecast using either WiFi or Bluetooth connections to my soundbar. Amazon Music has 360 Reality Audio also which is nice. As much as possible I would like to stick with Apple Music app because it does have many more Dolby Atmos music available. But if I can’t get it to work, I may have to switch to Amazon Music. BTW, I can only make the music app to work using either the iPhone’s speakers or Samsung Buds Live earbuds. This is my first time to post in this community as a last resort hoping someone had the same experience and knows how to fix it and willing to share it. Thanks in advance.
