Downloaded Music Playback Issue on iPhone after Update

All my music (4000 songs) is paid for and downloaded to my iphone.


However after the latest update

(which I didn't request, because i have auto-updates turned OFF)


I can no longer play any PLAYLIST unless I am connected to the internet.


I can play individual songs, 1 at a time, but I cannot play any playlists. A promot appears on the screen saying I need to be connected to the internet or wifi to play my own f'n music I paid for and is already downloaded on my phone.


i work in remote Australia and don't always get reception.
