Third-party app interference with MacBook profiles

hi mistakenly I have downloaded third party apps and now my MacBook managed and supervised by this app and its showing in my profile what should I do.

Open System Settings and look for a Profile. If one is present it will resemble this:



Select it.


  • If it can be deleted, then delete it using the [—] (minus) button and confirm.
  • If it cannot be deleted, then you need to contact whoever configured that Mac, because that Mac is effectively not yours. It is under the control of someone or something else.


To open System Settings / System Preferences click the  (Apple menu, at the upper left of your Mac's screen) and select it.
