I just paid for a membership becauseI’ve been a financial crisis. I only did it because I had so much music that I enjoy and it took me some time to gather. How do I get it back?

When your subscription ended your music library was deleted. You will have to create it again.
In the legal documents: Legal - Apple Media Services - Apple section H you will find, "When your Paid Subscription to any Service or Content ends, you will lose access to any functionality or Content of that Service that requires a Paid Subscription."
Can I recover my Apple Music Library once I renew my membership?
