Why does Apple Music use more storage on iPhone than my Mac?

Wondering why apple music takes up so much more storage on my iphone than my mac..

Prefer to keep all songs downloaded on both devices so shuffle doesn't only play the same few songs.

Already deleted the app to clear cache and redownloaded all of my songs. I don't use lossless on either device.
