Loosing my Apple Air Play Connection in a 2022 Hyundai Tucson
I often loose my connection when listening to my imported cd music while driving. This is not only frustrating but distracting. It seems to happen at times when I need the connection particularly when using GPS. I’m finding out that my issue is widespread for owners of the same vehicle that I have. We purchased this vehicle from Jenkins Hyundai of Jacksonville,Florida. This dealer told me that it must be my iPhone and they do not work on the issue. They also said that it is my responsibility to solve the issue. Apple’s remote diagnostics found nothing was wrong with my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I’m very upset because Hyundai’s software department doesn’t support issues that I have had with trying to download their software updates. They said that since the download did not work that I would have to purchase it from them. Can someone please advise me on this known issue?
also experiencing being restricted from using the number keys to select my options on automated Ivr’s. Often times I have to use my phone to select the option keys to navigate a menu. This action often leads to being disconnected from Car Play.
