How to change Apple Music restrictions in Korea?

Hi,

I just bought an iPhone for my daughter (12) in Korea and we set up an Apple Music account for her. The phone is registered to her through one of the national carriers and my wife set up an Apple ID for her using my wife's details.

Korea is quite conservative in relation to explicit lyrics, so a lot of songs are restricted for my daughter (Sabrina Carpenter etc.). I'd like for my daughter to be able to access these songs. Is there any way I can waive these restrictions?

Neither my wife nor I have an iPhone. I'm using my daughter's account to post this question. I might have an Apple ID from years ago I could dig out, if necessary.
