How can I organize information efficiently in Numbers app on iPhone?

i need help creating a numbers file that does the followokg

I’m helping my friend manage a truck parking lot and we both have iPhones, so I like the feature where I can share with her and we can both update the data and it changes on both our devices. Well I need help creating this file, page than does the following, on one page (3 tabs on top ) you can enter the drivers information, first, last , phone number, email,then on the second sheet/tab it arranges them in order, like a list, all shown together, and finally on the last tab is a map that changes names as you type and press enter. I don’t know the proper term or action that I’m trying to do which makes it even more difficult. But if someone can catch my drift and share some information, names, titles, actions, suggestions. Please bear with me, I’m not very tech savvy but I’m willing to learn.
