Apple Music not working on WiFi via iPhone

I have struggled to get Apple Music to work again through my iPhones WiFi but without success.

My ISP (YouSee) have made some security changes so it works directly with the WiFi on the modem/router now, but when I turn off the WiFi and connect a TP link mesh network to the modem/router via the Ethernet and use WiFi on the TP link mesh network Apple Music does not play again. The mesh network is in access point mode. The problem is only related to iPhones as Apple Music on the macs and Apple TV works perfectly.

Apple and YouSee have not been helpful with a solution. Any suggestions for a solution? It is really frustrating paying for a service I really can’t use.
