My music list not available

Just received new iPhone 16. Had a lot of music on my iPhone 13 …that I used to transfer everything. I used them to play music in my car. The songs I purchased directly from Apple did transfer but not the ones I have had for many years that I downloaded from my old cd’s and records. The message I get for each is


”This item is not currently available in your country or region.”


If I can’t rectify this issue, I’m sorry I upgraded my iPhone.
