iCloud and syncing between my windows 10 pc and my iphone 13

My iPhone 13 says i need to update to the latest version of iCloud for Windows on my Windows PC so i can turn on advanced data protection for my iPhone 13. However, I went to the microsoft store on my pc and there was no update available for my windows pc. How can I update my windows pc.
