Apple Music Sharing Does Not Work for a Family Member

We set up family sharing and my account is not able to access the subscription to apple music. I formerly had a subscription to Apple Music. Currently, another family member shared Apple Music and my Apple Music both online and on my iPhone does not recognize the subscription we are currently using.
