Trying to create a chart in NUMBERS that if I have a starting time it will compute the time for events leading up to it. ie I have a 10:00 am event with something that needs to occur 65 min before it, 35 min before it, 4:30 before it

I'm doing a timeline chart for a recurring event where there are a series of things that need to happen before the event starts. The event time may change so I needed to be able to have pre events adjust to a changing start time.
