Apple Music issues on my iPhone

I was completely immersed in the iTunes/Match world before Apple Music. As I streamed more and more, I started using Spotify, however I read several articles about Apple Music improving so I decided to try to switch back to Apple Music and consolidate my streaming there. It has been nothing but a persistent hassle. These are the issues I'm having... I suspect there's one or two tracks somewhere in my playlists that are creating the issues, but there's no way to isolate them as the errors are so generic.

1) I have a playlist in Apple Music on my iPhone. I want to download all tracks so I can listen offline. When I click the download icon, I get an error "This song is currently unavailable." It doesn't tell me which song, so the download process stops and no songs download as best as I can tell.

2) I have a home pod connected to my Apple account. I ask Siri "play music" and she replies "I'm having a problem with Apple Music right now." I can open my AppleTV (same network/account) and play music to the HomePod from there using Apple Music. I can also Airplay to it from my iPhone. The HomePod can't access Apple Music though.

3) The first error seems to hit my Apple Watch too. I try to download a playlist to the Apple Watch to use offline in the gym, and now my Apple Watch gives the "This song is currently unavailable" error. Extra bonus - this error randomly pops up during the day (every day) now.

I've read forums and I don't see a lot of fixes, just people complaining about similar issues.

Any help is appreciated. I'd love to consolidate on Apple Music, but I'm struggling. Spotify just works.
