Message: Music not available in your region but these are CDs I own

I have music I ripped to my laptop from CD’s that I own. They have been on my devices for years but I get a new phone and now the music is not available? I even see that one of the songs is available on a different playlist but not on others. Again, these are from cds I have owned for decades and have always been on my phone but Apple cherry picks random artists and songs to just not work anymore? How do I get MY music back?
