Refund from Just Answer connected by Apple

I bought a new Magic Mouse yesterday at Apple Store. Being told to connect it to back of Mac using the cable came with mouse, I did so for several hours but got the message USA Accessaries Disabled. I got a chat with Apple support, but she could not help and sent me to the Link to Just Answer, saying it will be $1 and fully refunded. They charged me $45 instead and was not helpful at all. (1st agent said she has to ask that question to her supervisor, and a few hours later I got new text message saying connect the mouse with another device. I however already did that by myself before I got the answer. The mouse still did not work ,and I read the instruction through the Apple Support to turn on and off the mouse, and it is finally working)

I want a refund of $45 from Just Answer, for it was useless, and why the charge is $45 though Apple Support said only $1 and refundable???

Apple is in no way associated with Just Answer.

Just Answer is one of many, many fake tech support websites found all over the internet.

If you provided financial information to them, contact your bank immediately.

If you allowed them to access your computer, immediately change ALL passwords ever used on that computer.
