There is no way to play the local NPR radio station through Siri. The local station is WICA, 91.5 Traverse City, Interlochen Public Radio

Siri: ...starts playing NPR News - IPR News ... IOWA Public Radio????!!!

User: "Play WICA 91.5 Traverse City"

Siri: ...I couldn't find 'WICA 91.5 Traverse City' in your Apple Music library.

User: "Play WICA 91.5 Traverse City on TuneIn"

Siri: ...I couldn't find 'WICA 91.5 Traverse City' in your Apple Music library.

User: "Play Interlochen Public Radio"

Siri: ...Plays the podcast "Points North" which is produced by WICA.
