Metadata missing from FHD videos when downloaded from iCloud

I recently upgraded from iPhone X to iPhone 16 Pro.

I save my videos to PC (windows), previously the best way was to download them from iCloud as "non modified, originals". In that case I got my full hd videos with the correct metadata, especially the date of video creation.

Now however with the new phone, the same method does not show the correct date of the video creation, only the date of download.

My question is, how do I save my full hd videos to windows while keeping the correct date of creation?
