Logitech Crayon and Apple Pencil issues on 8th gen 2020 iPad

So I broke my 8th generation 2020 Ipad several weeks ago and went to get it fixed ever since my apple pen has been acting really strange so I did everything from a forced restart to resetting everything to cleaning the ports and even took the ipad out of the case I thought this was a problem with the apple pencil (1st generation) so I bought a slightly cheaper one called the Logitech crayon and it acts the exact same any help I think its something to do with my ipad screen but i dont know
